General Provisions & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the f111 platform and the user. By visiting the f111 website, opening an account, or using any service on the platform, you are agreeing to these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirements
To participate on the f111 platform, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
- You must be a natural person and open an account in your own name.
- You must not reside in an area where online gaming is completely prohibited by local law.
- You must be of sound mind and capable of making decisions of your own free will.
- You must not have been previously permanently banned from f111.
f111 is committed to keeping minors completely away from gaming. If the age verification process reveals that a user is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 Registration Rules
Each user may open only one account. Opening more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts detected under the same IP address, the same device, or members of the same household will be considered duplicates.
Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory. Opening an account with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
3.2 Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. Sharing your account login details with a third party fully releases f111 from any claims arising from that account.
3.3 Identity Verification
f111 may verify a user's identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Conditions
All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits made through a third party are strictly prohibited. If such a deposit is detected, the amount will be returned and the account will be placed under review.
4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Account identity verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise approved by f111. If a withdrawal is requested while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
f111 generally completes withdrawals within 10–45 minutes. However, bank transfers may take a little longer.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at f111 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more gives the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳17,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳25,000 in bets to complete the wagering. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before this requirement is met.
5.3 VIP Program
The f111 VIP program has three tiers, and each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Users can gradually move up to higher tiers based on their gaming activity. f111 reserves the right to change bonus and cashback offers.
5.4 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers are available only to eligible users and are entirely at f111's discretion.
- Each offer may have a specific expiry date, and expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
- Bonus value cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirement is completed.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, f111 reserves the right to cancel that bonus and any associated winnings.
Gaming Rules
f111 offers various types of entertainment gaming services including slots, live casino, cricket and other sports betting, and fishing games. The specific rules for each game can be found in the game interface.
All game results are impartial and determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. f111 follows a fair play policy and game results are not manipulated.
- Once a bet amount is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, f111 reserves the right to void that bet and return the staked amount.
- In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the associated bet will also be void and the staked amount will be returned.
- If a result is disputed for any reason, f111's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f111 platform:
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegally obtained funds.
- Hacking the platform's software, using bots, or playing games with automated tools.
- Artificially completing wagering requirements by exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse).
- Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
- Attempting to access another user's account or steal their information.
- Threatening, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward f111 staff.
- Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform.
If any such activity is detected, f111 reserves the right to immediately close that account and take any necessary legal action.
Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by f111
If evidence of a Terms violation is found, f111 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. The balance may be forfeited if it is found to have been obtained through irregular activity.
8.2 Closure by the User
